First aid kit :-

  7. Thermometer and medicine for fever.
  8. Allergy medicine.

Heavy vehicle legal documents check list:-

  • Insurance copy .
  • Pollution under control ( PUC) certificate.
  • RTO road worthiness / fitness certificate.
  • Vehicle registration certificate (R.C).
  • Valid license for operator / driver.
  • Third party inspection (TPI) for ( Lifting vehicles).

Gas cylinder (oxygen-acetylen ) gas cutter while using some important points to notice

1. Oxygen,acetylene cylinders shall be kept at least 5meters apart.

2. To be stored vertically , separate,marked “Empty” or “full”.

3. To be stored in well ventilated areas.

4. Be shielded from direct sun light or any heat or igniation source.

5. Never been used in horizontal projection.

6. Must be fitted with flash back arrestor at both ends for both oxygen and acetylene.

7. To be stored in well ventilated area.

8. Not been lifted by slings,rolled.

9. No attempts to transfer gas from one cylinder to another one.

10. Be secured vertically during use and transportation.

Note1:- Not joining fittings on acetylene cylinders made of copper or silver as when in contact with the gas metal form explosive compounds.

Note2:- Dcp fire extinguisher shall be readily available at the work area / storage area (portable 10 kg fire extinguisher cylinder 2 no’s).
